Method of Payment

Unristricted area has NO MINIMAL ORDER requirement.However when ordering items to the value of just £10.00 + FREE UK POSTAGE WILL APPLY.

etnico accept all major credit cards via our ultra secure 'PAYPAL'system, Other payment methods are also available including Postal orders and cheques in sterling, made payable to etnico ltd or bank to bank transfer. for security reasons we do not accept cash via post. etnico's payment system is SAFE AND SECURE.

RESTRICTED AREA (TRADE ) Non EU members with VAT or equivalent tax ID number are exempt from UK VAT.You must supply your tax ID number with your order otherwise you will be charged UK VAT at 17.5%.  

Minimal order for the restricted area (TRADE) currently set at £50.00 exc VAT.

UK Mainland

etnico ltd endeavour to despatch items on the same day or within 24 hours of payment receipt. should a particular items not be in stock you will be notified and given the option to cancel or wait on backorder however this is rare due to our high tec ordering system.

 FREE P&P on orders over  £10.00 *UK Customers only unrestricted area   Otherwise items will be charged by weight at checkout. this service is standard first class, should you require insurance (recommended) please select this option during checkout this is a guaranteed next day service.which will require a signature upon receipt of the item.

International Customers

EU Customers  Items will be charged based on weight of item/s on checkout this service is standard first class, should you require insurance ( recommended) please select this option at the checkout this is a guaranteed service.and delivery times can vary depending on destination

Rest of the World  . Items will be charged based on weight of item/s this service is standard first class , should you require insurance (recommended) please select this option at the checkout this is a guaranteed service.Please note that delivery times can vary depending on destination .Please note that you the customer will be responsible for any tax,or Import duty should this be applicable.

In the unlikely event that you may wish to return an item etnico opperate a no quibble returns policy however please note that returns must be notified within 30 days of receipt.any goods returned without prior consent will not qualify for exchange. *Returns should be in a clean and UNUSED condition.

All returns are the responsibility of the customer until they reach etnico ltd. therefore please ensure the item is suitably packaged and we recommend using a secure service Recorded/ Special delivery .

In the unlikely event that the item is faulty or not as advertised we will issue a full refund including postage,however if you have ordered the item and then changed your mind or for any other reason we will refund the item cost only. for this reason we would advise you to contact us with any queries that you may have regarding the item/s before purchase.
